WotLK A bugged Wind Rider

On Lordaeron, in Booty Bay the Horde Wind Rider bugged out (somehow) and is stuck in some boxes underneath. Although you can access him it won´t allow you to fly since it´s too far from the taxi area.

the Booty Bay faction can be set "At war", then maybe Powershot from a hunter is enough....... On MoP, this is done regularly with the honor vendors xD
