Worth playing it?

Hellow MoP community.
First of all, excuse me if i make any grammar mistakes, english is not my mother language :P. The thing is: i was thinking of going back to play WoW and mostly of my time i played on WotLK expansion. So i was thinking of playing again but with something new, and so i though of MoP, but i want to ask few things about it.

1 - Is it true that the game has tons os bugs? To the point that it would suck to play?
2 - How much is its rates?
3 - Which faction is more PVE oriented?
4 - Your opinions for tank and healer classes.

4. There is an immense need of Skilled Tanks with patience and Skilled Healers who doesn't afk :D
