I wanted to be sure that the Darkmoon Fair does actually take place the first monday of the month like on official serv' !

Can u plz confirm that ? i had a discussion with someone in game who told me that the fair didn't take place the last 2 month, and another one gave me a "protip" (as he said) to not buy the Noble Deck ...
