Technical Can't play Wrath of the Lich King expansion because of some "Update"

I played Mists of Pandaria before and everything was ok but when I tried to play Wrath of the Lich King it, after I login, tells me to that the games needs an update and needs to restart. I thought this was normal, so I did it. Then it started to update to Cataclysm(?), then told me to download Battle.net(??) and then it started to download the regular WoW(???). It's the third time is downloaded the game and still tells me to update, while my friend plays just fine. He told me he got that massage too but after restarting his PC, it didn't shoe anymore. I did the same and still gives me the update.
