Pandaria Cannot collect points

Hey there. I just went back from an 8 months hiatus so I started playing again, been playing for 5 days straight now. I cannot collect points every time I try. Even when I am online on the game at the moment, still cannot collect. Anyone can help or is anyone else experiencing this as well?

you need tou have 1000 achievement point on your account to be able to collect points ( achievements gained in blackrock-warsong has no value)
