Pandaria duelling vs hunters. or fighting against them in general

i'm pretty sure i can find an answer in google or youtube or wherever but i've tried and i've failed. anyway.

i play destruction. i'm full grievous.

when i do bgs the only things that kill me are hunters. more specifically their pets. damn bm hunters. how do i fight against them? do i kill their pets? from my research (googling) killing their pet doesnt seem to be very effective since they can just dismiss and summon a new one before the old one dies. or ress it because of low cast time (if not in arena, coz afaik can't dismiss in arena anymore).

and what should i do if hunter's in deterrence? i can't think of anything else to do other than run around. i'd cast incinerate or chaos bolt if i have 3+ embers when deterrence is about to fall off.

Keep the pet CC as much as possible, and use heals when hunter deterrence. Chaos bolt also goes through deterrence or at least it should. BM is broken on warmane due to no pet pathing, hunters can use kill command without Los.
