HI SIR , sir plz need help . I CAN NOT VOTE ON PAGE .... =( help me plz

to 'vote' or, better put, 'collect points', you need two things:
1. at least 1000 unique achievement points on your account (2000 if you have been banned in the last year)... this means 2 "level 80" achievements don't count twice
2. having logged in game within 24 hours of when you wish to collect your points
