WotLK DK quest BUG

Hey, guys. I created a new DK today, and finished a few quests. However, I can't get any more quests. I should get a quest from NEC to do something in a mine. Is there any solution for that. I saw someone report this in DK forum, but there was not solution yet.

Unfortunately, I know not pay the Donate. I create paymentwall, but I can not there pay. What could be the problem? I I would like to pay 10 euro me and my friend, but i dont know. I tried ten times .
