Technical Got banned AGAIN and cannot appeal

This is ridiculous...
I got banned once for fraudulent payment one week ago, I had to fight to get my account back, sending messages to warmane, emails to paymentwall etc. I got unbanned, donated again, and now, you're banning me again ?

And to top it all, I can't make a ban appeal because it's only once per month ? What am I supposed to do ?
You should really, REALLY stop using paymentwall as this is getting very frustrating and totally ruining my gaming experience.

I would like to get unbanned, and I would also like to have my 20 euros back please.
