Pandaria Transmog problem

hi...

i have a problem with my transmog
i transmog some pieces but it always dissapear like its a rolback or something
i already tried in pandeara as in ogrimmar
even relogged or shutting down tthe whole game nothing seems to work :(
i lost alot of gold to try this thing work
i hope someone can tell me what to do bec i also wanne look epic :p
