Authentication codes not working

I haven't played in about 5-6 days but I had not issues with my accounts previously. Now I try to log in on the website and my authentication codes don't work for any of my 4 accounts. So I try to log into the game instead to see if I can at least play. The game asks me for the authentication code when I know for a fact I turned those off on all my accounts because I thought they were annoying.

So now I can't log into any of my accounts in game, or on the website due to "Incorrect authentication code". Anyone know what I might be able to do?
