you cannot auction an item with used charges

Hi ! I'm new at this game, don't know how is this working but i crafted a 'Heavy Golden Necklace of Battle' and i can't sell it in AH, it says: "you cannot auction an item with used charges". I understand, but then why 'Pendant of the Agate Shield' with charges can be sold in AH ? Help pls

It's a bug, just relog.

Well, what that actually means is that at least one of the charges on the item that you are trying to sell has already been used. Afaik that item has 10 charges maximum? If none of the charges have been used, then that is indeed a bug. It is usually resolved by a quick relog, but if that doesn't resolve the issue then maybe one of the charges actually has been used? Start by double checking that.

no charges used, i can't even use the item, cz its lvl 35 item and i'm lvl 29. Tried to relog plenty of times, still same error. It's obv. a bug.
