WotLK Not receiving the coins

Hello,

I've now paid since saturday, the bank is showing the debit and the debit is effective on the balance of the account.
That means you actually received the money.
Still no coin.
Request in game not working (noone answering me for around 18hours)
Tickets only for ban so can't tickets for this.

Don't know what to do.
