Pandaria Cant start the game

i just downloaded the client and when i now try to open the game (Wow.exe) i can see the processor running in task manager but the game is not booting up at all i tried running it as a normal user then i tried "Right click -> run as admin" no diffrence at all the game is not starting but i can see it in task manager but when i try open another instance of wow.exe from a TBC server that i also got that one starts with no problem at all so there must be something with the file i downloaded from here ;s any suggestions ?

follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC (in your case it is really important)
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".
