Sadly, bullying exists in Latvia, however, I haven't been a target for bullies. People have tried to say something, but they always find themselves in lack of arguements to back up what they say about me.

I find that surprising. You have many things that remind me of multiple kids that became main targets for bullys back in the day when I was studying.
And arguments? They wouldn't need those, trust me.
