WotLK Light Feather Glitch

I know that levitation isn't the biggest game changer as a priest, but I can not find Light Feathers anywhere. I have checked multiple vendors in multiple cities/towns. Not a single Reagent Vendor has them for sale and I cant seem to get them anywhere else. Am I just missing something or is this glitch?

You get them by killing birds, harpies and similar flying things.
