1. Stormpeaks (skol) half bugged

i'm camping Skoll for a while now with no succes..
This morning i saw a guy in dala who had skoll and ask him where he get him.
So we fly together to the spot it's Brunnhildar Village so i can see him on my map but not on my screen wtf.
i log another char and try again on the spot and yes i can see the guy.
Now i spook yesterday with a guy and he said it's becauze of a quest with brann a chain quest last Q in the middle of Storm Peaks a big hole (Engine of the makers) well that's what he tought.
I think this quest starts in Frosthold StormPeaks and quest called (sniffing out the perpetrator).
i did this quest with my hunter and i cant see the guy who tamed skoll with the char i didnt do the quest i could see the guy.
i'm not 100% sure if that is the quest but i'm 100% sure with some char's i cant see skoll and with other i can..
anyone know exactly whats the problem of this and can it be fixed?
becauze now i cant see Skoll spawn on that spotxD

Sorry for my bad english i hope you can understand a little of what i'm try to say LOL xD

  2. I think it's a bug, a phasing area bug. Happens when you've completed the chain quest for Brann Bronzebeard. All the monsters that you were able to see like worms, rhinos or blue drakes are not shown in that area after you complete the quest chain. Nothing you can do about but wait for fix. They did fix it after they applied new core to deathwing and ragnaros, but after they did another server restart and update it became bugged again.

  4. The Foot Steppes

    That's the bugged subzone

  5. Does this include Time Lost Proto Drake and Vyragosa spawning in that phasing area? :(

you can easyle test this with another player... 1 player complete the Q chain (named above in other post), and other player that diddnt complete the Q chain.
if you cant see eachother it means you cant see proto drake and vryagosa if you can see eachother it means you can see the mobs aswell..

The phase issue was caused by this quest "The Bronzebeard Brothers" which is located inside a big hole of Engine of the Makers, Storm Peaks; when you complete the quest, you get stuck on the quest-phase in The Foot Steppes. So whatever you do, do not complete that quest! Btw there is a way to tame skoll, have a friend that didnt do that quest and tell your friend to drag skoll by auto-attacking it and drag it near you at below the tree, and use freeze trap on skoll, tame it and good go. If Skoll resets then keep dragging it til Skoll increases the reset range!

Keep in mind: Stay at the nearest point of The Foot Steppes area but you must stay in Brunnhildar Village. Here's me taming Skoll this way!
