follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".
still doesnt work
and i get this error window

ye, the solution to your problem is what I said so it means you didnt follow my steps correctly. Try it again

torrent deleted and program turned of
I have said to remove "read-only" from the whole MoP folder, not only wow.exe:
"now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
on your screenshot you are showing only the .exe
