I'm not entirely sure but I think it's still bugged. Just type in /join global and join a group or make one yourself.

No, DF work, just no one use it....DF work with some visual bugs but still....work

Its more like, theres ppl who like to find out ppl with good ilvl and sometimes even with achiev...
So that you know your group...i mean to make sure you arent playng with some noobs...
Depends in the point of view ...
I like to use global...
And also for example, someone who's bored, some1 posts on global and he thinks ' lets do a rdf'...
It allwaays depends from your point of view
