WotLK Problem log in the game.

Hi, I'm new here and I have problems to log in the game. I'm spanish so sorry if I have mistakes in my english.

When I write my account name and my password in the client, it says me this error but in 3.3.5a:

All information is correct (account name and pass) and I follow all the instructions of "How to play".

I have the same problem in other servers, I downloaded the client here and in the other server and I have the same problem.

Help me please, I want to play here with my friends.

PD: In the other server the staff didn't help me, they said me a solution and close my thread (without wait my answer if the solution worked) and that solution didn't work, I had to wait 1 day for an answer and didn't work again and I'm still waiting without can play.

to log-in you need to use your warmane account name and password, just like you log-in on the website.
If you are already doing it correctly then it is because your password is too long and can not be insert on the game, WoW client allow to insert max 15 characters. So if your passowrd has more than 15 character change it into a shorter one
