random ban

Alright, today I randomly logged into my other account, and it has been banned for advertising, lol?
What advertising son, I have not logged in for 63 days(at least on this account, maybe even more there), and I see 67.229.34.212 last IP address?
Also, no existing bans when I tried ban appeal ( LOL? ).
Whats going on?
