ToC or ICC date release

When will be ToC or ICC on Lordaeron? Someone knows the date? I ask because the population isn't as high as it should be and I wait for ToC or ICC to play with more players.

Arena season is announced to end at 28th August which should mark the start of a new season aka new patch aka new pve content. After the ToC patch and season which usually lasts for about 2-3 months comes a new one which should be the final arena season aka ICC patch. So approximately something about Winter Holidays, Winter or maybe even 2017.
