Gear after season end

Hello.

I was wondering if i get to keep my gear when the season has ended? I have several characters in full wrathful or close to now, and it'd be nice NOT to start with starter-gear again. But is this how it actually works? And what about transmog that requires 2350 and 2450 rating, won't i be able to use that anymore next season when rating is reset?

transmog releated to arena rating is linked to your "achievemnt pvp stats", not to your current rating.
About reset of the gear to be honest I do not know, but I guess we will keep it
