on the "select character" you hav to select an "alive" character, after that you will be able to see a list of characters deleted in the last 30 days.
If it was 6 months ago then it is too late I guess

that is why you can not select any character -.-', just crate one character, it does not matter it it is level 1; then select "character restoration" and you sill see a list of all deleted character in the last 30 days
