Stuck in Icecrown and no flying mount was awarded on death. What to do?

I heard about this unstuck feature on this site, but I can not find it. I've looked all through the support page, but fail to see it. I've tried re-logging, running back to the graveyard healer, but still no flying mount is given. Only possible thing to rez sickness it?

Lol, jk, can't even rez sickness anymore either. I guess the Spirit Healer is on a different phase than me. Luuuuuuuuuulz

Edit 2: Have used the stuck feature located in game. Nothing, except it managed to get me on the same phase as the Spirit Healer. Still can't talk to the hooker, though.

Edit 3: Have resolved the issue by following some Horde scrub who had the same problem.

For future reference in case anyone is by the Shadow Vault. If you die, run west up the little snowy out-crop area. Keep running up the hill and you will get the mount.

Or you can use unstuck on website, be in dalaran and talk to spirit healer there.
