Character Trade (what happened to inventory and bank if not selected)

Hi, I wish to purchase a character with the seller said a certain ilvl in the description but the gear is empty on the character profile which I guessed they did it to minimize the coin cost.
Will I get the said gear, inventory or bank ? Or just a blank character when I purchased it?

Unfortunately you will not get the gear that they had in inventory.

I am not sure if people are putting their gear score and advertising it because they honestly do not know that the buyer won't get it or if they are doing it to scam the buyer intentionally. Either way, I wish warmane staff would moderate the write ups people use when they list characters.

Another thing is that some people do not realize that emblems do not transfer if the inventory is not included.

Thank you for the information, there are quite a lot of seller doing this. I talked to someone that give contact information because I was interested with his character but he does not know about the Not include inventory. Luckily I haven't bought the character.
