Cataclysm log inn error

hey, i cant log in to my cata expansion downloaded from this site, every time i try, i get error and this link, which leads to nowhere is said to help me " http://us.blizzard.com/support/index.xml?gameId=11&rootCategoryId=2316" anyone know how i may be able to fix it?

You should at least state your specific error and a brief description about it, since there are few different common ones.

it says" Unnable to connect. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact technichal support at http://us.blizzard.com/support/index.xml?gameId=11&rootCategoryId=2316"

and that is the entire error message. But y internet connection is just fine, and i have no idea what the problem might be..
