Pandaria Stuck in Gilneas after getting glitched to The Lost Isles

Hello, as I was doing some quests in Dustwallow Marsh a goblin plane took me while yelling in chat that it is going to save me. I couldn't get off of the goblin plane and it kept dragging me in one direction so I relogged and after I did that I found myself on The Lost Isles. After using my heartstone I discovered that it was set to Warchiefs Lookout and then I decided to unstuck my character. Character unstuck placed me in Gilneas and now I cant get out, cant do any quests here and there isnt a way for me to get teleported out of Gilneas. Is there a way for me to get myself out of here because I dont want to loose my progress so far (lvl 39)

open a ticket in-game, a GM can teleport you away.

but is there no way to leave Gilneas?
