Technical Patch 4.0.0 for wrath of the lich king not working

Need help.
When I log in to the game it downloads the patch 4.0.0 for wrath of the lich king, but when it tries to instal it, it says that the tracker is not responding, what should I do to fix this?

log-in by using warmane account name, not email address.
be sure your client is still 3.3.5 otherwise you have to download it again
