If you mean why does Heroism not work in arena, it was removed in cata,

Heroism still works for pets, but if the pet dies or gets dismissed it still holds the debuff. Make sure it has no debuff first next time.

I am not referring to arenas, in raids does not arrive the heroism to my pet. Raids Tot 10 and Soo 10

In summary does not arrive the heroism in raids or in BG
