Transmog? :)

Considering it will be a fully custom web-based system, that people can opt-int to do something not available in the expansion, that's quite possible. My vote will undoubtedly be for transmogrification options to be purchased with coins on an item-by-item basis. You can have a fully in-game-legitimate free transmogrification on other expansions, where that in fact belongs.

Maybe you guys can add monthly subscription then we will feel full potential of original wotlk?

Well, if it decreases performance then it shouldn't be implemented at all.

That's what I've been saying. Either don't implement it at all or make it cost coins per item, so it would *maybe* pay out.

What's the difference in case you'll get transmog here? Either scenario a) you'll pay coins to do so which helps server or b) you would go, get the items for transmog, mog them and sit in dalaran again. So in the end there is no difference, so no transmogrification system needed :)

Well the main difference is that if I transmog my wrathfull gier, I will not be so easily killed in arena or bgs. So you get it why I'm for transmog. I don't want to just sit in dalaran in my favorite gier. I want to PVP in my favorite gier.

Can't addons do it? *not sure if all of appearance changing addons are allowed, but I believe some are altho need staff's confirmation on this*

I think enough has been said about the transmog to confirm that it will not be implemented in WoTLK. If you really want to PvP in your favorite gear why not do so in a different expansion- perhaps one suited with transmog. Lets be honest, you donated for your full wrathful set anyway.

I don't want to see only myself look different, but also the others. The main reason is our new vote shop system, which allows players to buy end game items. This leads to a simple fact, that everyone wears the same items, cuz everyone buys the same ones. I just think that Tmog would complement well with the implemented web-shop feature (which doesn't seem to be a blizz-like thing at all anyway ;) ).

Have the tought hit you guys that Wotlk is the favorite expansion and people who want transmorg dont want to play cataclysm or MoP for the (probably) exact same reason as you dont want to.

The way I se it is, Transmorg wasen't meant for Wotlk because Blizzard didn't come up with it until Cataclysm, if they did have the same idea when they made wotlk then Transmorg would probably allready be implented in wotlk aswell.

I played until the official cataclysm, and sincerely transmog was the best thing they did in that exp, I would like to put him in the wotlk

I would like to put it in Icecrown, it would be very good and we would see many old sets and very good weapons to people.

Transmog is one of the things which I hated in Cata and the only one that I hated in MoP and WoD.

You think transmog destroy wow along side other things. I think transmog kept wow alive all this years since cata.

I remember from retail back in the day that you could change client side textures....but that would mean everyone with the same gear would look just as fabulous as you ;p
