    Vendors are missing!!!!!

    It has been 24hours and there are still no Vendors in the ToC area for T9 Gear also the ebon blade QM is not there, And my dungeons did not reset I did them yesterday and it tells me my timer is still 23+hours. HELP!!!

    I can confirm. Not a single NPC at argent tournaments.
