Battlemaster title

Right now there are around 6000 players with rating above 1600 in SQ. This means that it's around top 60 in SQ that will get the Battlemaster title.
- But is it obtainable through bg's as well? - Because that would really remove the prestige about obtaining it from SQ.
Competing to stay within the top 60 would seem rather pointless if 1500 bg heroes can get it as well.

Its not cause u need SotA achievemnts for Battlemaster title, and SotA isnt available here. But still Conqueror title is obtainable through BGs, that should be changed.
