Can't even launch the game?

I just downloaded the Pandaria Full Client, I went to go run "Wow.exe" and it throws this error like a minute after launching it.

"Data\texture.MPQ: World of Warcraft can’t make a required change to an archive file. Be sure you have write permission for the World of Warcraft folder or try running the game in administrator mode. For more information, see: https://battle.net/support/article/6910"

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

I did that.. I've even restarted my computer and then ran it under admin nothing. When i run it in admin mode, it just sits and does nothing. I downloaded the Wrath version and it worked perfectly fine

try uncheck read-only in your wow folder properties

Its in use/protected so it can not be edited. Remove read only and move it away from torrent.

Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only".
