seeing as warmane's Legion server is more of a theory right now than anything else, I highly doubt we'll be seeing it anytime soon, but they did mention a few times that they might eventually open it so we'll see... after wotlk mop and cata are all at 99-100% working, they might focus on legion

Multiple quotes from the Warmane staff closed the door for a Legion realm anytime soon. If WoD was never a possibility why would Legion be? Legion isn't even released and you guys are feeding a so called "theory" around it.

@OP: We dont have Legion server yet or probably anytime within next year at least. And warmane avoids custom contents as much as they can, so no we dont have playable demon hunter class.

You're missing one detail. Three expansions is tough for us to handle already. Adding a fourth wouldn't be feasible.

WoD was used as a comparison and nothing else. If WoD is older and was not equationated why would Legion be equationated right now when the content is not even released?

You guys are trying to think years ahead when you don't have to. You have two expansions that are still sensible to major changes thanks to the current bugs. Hell, even WOTLK is at the moment. Considering Legion in this exact moment as a certain fact would be a mistake. I only argued his point 'cause he stated that there was a theory around and I've never seen a certified source stating such thing. If my feedback is not enough, you have Mercy's post above as a reliable source.
