Technical Game Problem

I've joined a few days ago to the server. Got a tech problem whenever i play the game (from my laptop) my copmuter is heating up like crazy, after a realy realy! short period of time my computer just shots him self down beacuse of the heat. Basiclly my question is this: what can i do?

Clean out your laptop if you know how. Make sure you're leaving any intakes/exhausts free (in other words don't play in a bed or resting it on your lap with blankets and junk all around the computer). Playing in a well ventilated/cooler room. Manually taking control of your fan speeds to increase them. Get some sort of cooling solution like a fan mat or similar, and many, many others. There are several options, all related to lowering the temperature of your laptop.
