To those who have done the quest recently - has anyone faced the same problem when Sylvanas is missing and Garrosh is the only one speaking?
Just wondering how do I finish the quest since after he disappears there is nothing I can do.

In my case, Sylvanas is there but Garrosh won't show up anywhere, also Sylvanas gave me a quest in which she orders me to take Agatha to Fenris Isle to kill human refugees and rise them in undeath to serve the forsaken, the only problem is that there are 2 val'kyrs present at the Forsaken High Command, but not Agatha. Almost all the forsaken quests I had in 17 lvls were kind of buggued.

That zone will never be fixed, all the quests there, even going out towards Hillsbrad is kinda broken.
