Pandaria transmog bug

So i got 2 daggers The Sleeper and The Dreamer for my rogue and i went to transmog them but they dont come up as an option is this a bug?

are you useing daggers for your mh and oh? if not then I have the same problem on my shaman. cant xmog 1h maces into axes / fists / daggers / ect.
