WG marks and Shard disapeared.

Hello,day ago i was playing wow like always did wg in evening and went to sleep ,woke up in the morning and all my WG marks and Shards are gone,what is this i spend days to get them and one day they disapeared,GM answering tickets like robots,same message everytime. How can you no be mad.
Anyone had same problems ? cuz seriously they just disapeared,thanks for answers

Try reloggin and clearing cache ,my marks are just fine with shards as well.
