WotLK Going to trainers will not let me learn spells.

Every time I go to a trainer, the options for things I can learn disappear. It happened on both Lordaeron and Icecrown. maybe I am missing something obvious, but does anyone know that I should do?

Every time I go to a trainer, the options for things I can learn disappear. It happened on both Lordaeron and Icecrown. maybe I am missing something obvious, but does anyone know that I should do?

• disable addons and try it
• clear cache and try it
• send ticket to GMs in game to see if there's anything they can do
• reinstall game and try again if GMs can't do anything

Thanks, I made a new account and deleted the cache, and now it works. I appreciate your help.
