Pandaria Log In problem

Hi everyone
I've always played wow in private server and the last time was in 2013,now i wanter to start again and all my friends says to me to do it with warmane.
I'm very hopeless: yesterday I downloaded MoP 5.4.8. with torrent and the download ended well.
This morning I inserted account name and pass (of warmane obviusly) and the only thing that the screen says to me is "connecting"...nothing more happens.
I only downloaded wow by torrent and change the reamlist,nothing more.
What I have to do? Please help me because I really want to game, thanks.

this morning all realms were down for maintenance, do you still have problem?

Yes. It says me only connecting.
Maybe for playing MoP i necessarly have to download WOTLK and CATA??

no, MoP client is enough.

Also, where do you live? (country)

Do you think that if i download CATA the problem would persist??

Make sure you have a firewall / antivirus exception.
Try pinging logon.warmane.com (see if it gets any packet).
Try with another network.

No firewall,no antivirus and pinged the reamlist..the only thing is the network...what i have to do???
And it's strange that cataclysm works without problem...isn't it??
