NA Raiding

Hi Guys,

My wife and I are looking to start playing on this server after looking at the other available WoTLK servers. We are NA(PST) based and are curious as to what the raiding situation is for alliance and horde. We both full cleared WoTLK in retail and we would like to get back into raiding if possible.

Hi Guys,

This being an EU server there are very few choices, unless you want to raid EU times ofc.

As far as the NA scene on Alliance, its pretty dead, I believe Digital Gangsters has a 25 man raid together and actually clears some sort of content.

Horde you have 3 options,

Endurance - New NA guild trying to get a core together to start raiding
Ten Man Myriad - Solid guild, been around for almost 6 months I think now, they are recruiting most ranged DPS classes for their core progression raid (Ele sham, Boomie, Mage, Warlock, Spriest) - They have respectable progression, a great officer core, and stability for the future.
Raid Against the Machine - Top NA guild on the server at the moment in terms of progression (Uld on farm + 4 HMs), RATM is very full at the moment, might be harder to get a core spot but they are always recruiting socials/bench crews for the future of the guild.

I would also highly suggest you two roll ranged DPS caster classes due to that's what the server lacks the most and what is most strong in Ulduar.

Keep in mind that not all guilds are couple friendly as couples tend to bring drama into guilds. And i actually agree with this as most of couples will be like "if she/he isnt raiding ill not raid", so be sure u talk with one of the guild masters/officers of any of those guilds you plan to apply for as for couple "rules".

Really sucks that NA raiding for Alliance is dead. I just got to 80 about 3 weeks ago, pretty much almost done with the HC grind at the point, just to find that all raid guilds on the Alliance side have either went to retail, or quit all together.

I Joined both Retro and Digital Gangsters with high hopes, and both have pretty much disbanded and went to retail, literally leaving NO guilds left that actually raid. Whats the point of being on a hardcore server if there is no end game guilds to raid with on your faction?

Yes I know there are EU guilds that raid, but unfortunately can never meet their times since I work all day 40 hours a week. Are there any guilds that at least raid on the weekends? I would be available anytime to raid then. Really sucks that it feels like i'm going to have to faction change in order to even raid on this server...

Actually, I take that back guys, had a gleam of hope today from the Alliance today. There is a new radiing guild on the block that raids Sat/Sun, <Imbalanced> message Criptis in game for more info!
