The thing Is that I've been witness of ninja's situations so many times and Im wondering, If this is bad and people Do It no matter what victims of It could feel, Why they dont get punishment? One week of b4n or something.

Really? Ninjaing **** is lame, but if you really take the game so seriously, you should stop playing. This is something you say about rape victims, not someone stealing an item in world of warcraft in a five man dungeon that you can do every single day for another chance to get the item.

have heard people are using a community addon for ninja management in 5man groups called Karma... (you would have to search forums for link in another 'dungeon ninja' thread somewhere) so I guess if everyone used it people would eventually be ostracized from dungeons because of their actions and this would basically also in the very long run lower the number of ninjas because it would stop being profitable

As far as I know, ninja is not allowed and I have seen bans in the server broadcast in-game. If you happen to find a ninja, the best choice you have is to create an in-game ticket regarding this issue. Explain the item taken and the name of the ninja involved.

that's for raid ninjas only tho, you can't report "gm please he took my heal mace from nexus please he's tank not heal"

you can report, but bans are only applyed to the raid ninja's. they dont look seriously to party looting.
Imagine what would happen if they did look seriously into 5man dungeon looting - 50% more reports = less serious sht done.
