Pandaria Resto Shaman Ascendance

Hi fellow shaman,
I recently noticed that ascendance is very weak. Some further investigation that i do leads to:
1. Ascendance not duplicating earthliving
2. Ascendance have some kind of ICD:
> Let say 10 ppl sit on our healing rain, and on each tick only 1 heal is duplicated instead of 10.
> Only 1st bounce of chain heal is duplicated instead of all bounce
> Healing surge + ancestral awakening proc -> only ancestral awakening proc is duplicated and big healing surge is ignored Y_Y

Since i am not playing on retail, please help me to test, make some correction, and add some bug if you find it

First off, it's not allowed to ask for upvotes on the forum :I
Secondly, you should add sources. You can find them without having played on retail. Usually guides from known retail players or guides uploaded @ summer 2014 can be considered as reliable. You can also use arena/raid/bg/dungeon/duel videos of 5.4 (or even earlier patches if there's no change to be observed on patch notes). Even though the tooltip actually states that it should duplicate every heal (I think), sources would be 'helpfull'.
