Dunno, maybe I'm wrong but whenever I see Teemo on mid he gets crushed. Maybe saw him 4-5 times this season on top and he wasn't shining there either. IMO there are many better picks atm.

But I like to Teemo ADC for ****s sometimes. Normally with a Cass support.
Or I want to tryhard toll Urgot/Teemo bot.
