Technical Can't log in stucked at connecting

I suddenly disconnected while in BG like 30mins ago and been trying to log in till now.
i asked some of my friends if the server is down and they answered it's not . they're still in BG playing.
am i the only one having problem? and btw i asked my friend from a different place to log in my account and it got in but he said the loading is taking too long compared to his account.

I am having the same issue, the log in process can proceed but very slow changing the status from connecting to authenticating etc. Now I am stuck at handshaking.

I've tried clearing cache, restart my modem, disable firewall, logged in at my backup copy. and till now. stucked at retrieving character list.

Same issue here. I'm guessing the amount of people playing since it's the weekends

Same here. Did all the restarts but same issue. Tried to ping the server, sent 4 packets, lost = 3. Latency was 500+.
