Removing or replacing gems in items

Hello People,

here i am with another dumb question..

I am gearing up my priest.. slowly but steadily.. and.. like all noobs do.. i have used gems with low stats on my items.. 1) because i had less gold.. 2) because i had almost no knowledge.

now.. i know we can't remove those gems (or can the jewel crafting guys can do it?? )
can i replace them with better gems whenever i get them ?

Hey there,
No you can't remove a gem from a piece of gear but you can replace it with another gem. It's good to know that upon replacing the gem with a new one, old gem will be destroyed.
If you want to replace a gem, just open the gem pane and put the new gem over the old one.

You can replace the gems by socketing a stronger gem in their place.Your old gems will be lost,not even jewelcrafters can remove them.
