Guild named "Shots Fired" raid at 7 PM EST.
"Fade" which does a higher tier raids (25hcs) raids at 7 PM EST also. They aren't necessarily NA based (many south american players too), but there are many NA players.

I don't know much about them, but it looks like there's a NA [A] guild - The Abyss. if i find out more, i'll post up in here.

Abyss is not an endgame raiding guild, they're more of a roleplay progression guild. They require members to use 200 ilvl gear and to remove any gear that was not obtained in their raids.
I don't know about you, but ain't nobody gonna make me get rid of my shadowmourne ;)

follow up thought.... i'm counting at least 5 of us, plus i know of one other (who is forum-phobic) you guys want to start a raid group/guild? we've got 1 tank (prot pally- me), 1 healer (holy priest) and huntard (mr1706) right now
