1. WoW MoP and resolution problems

Hi there, I joined this server a month ago or so, downloaded 5.4.8 game version and have enjoyed the game until now: I have no clue what is going on but I have 1600x900 resolution set ingame and it's presumably an optimal resolution since my monitor is supposed to work on 1600x900 but few days ago something is not right: although I didnt change the resolution my character is much bigger (no, I didn't use camera closeup), action bars also got bigger and I have very small field of view. Moreover, when using bigger mounts, I can't even see my own name. What should I do now? I checked my graphics and **** drivers, everything is up to date.

  2. follow these steps:
    1. open WTF folder ( it is in your MoP folder) > open "Config.wtf". Delete everything and copy paste this:
    SET locale "enGB"
    SET installLocale "enGB"
    SET realmlist "logon.warmane.ru"

    2. now start the game and before to enter with a character disable all of your addon

Now the game should have default video settings allowing you to set back how you prefer them

  3. So you suggest it's addons' fault?
Btw config.wtf is fine, checked it yesterday.

EDIT: turned off all addons and still have that constant closeup

  4. but have you done what I have said?

  5. Nothing looking out of ordinary, just your resolution being small and camera being close.

  6. Yeah, I did everything you told me to.

  7. Nothing looking out of ordinary, just your resolution being small and camera being close.
Edges should be way smoother as for a 1600x900 since I played on this resolution for a time and everything looked different, now something else happened. Also if it's important every time I minimize the game (alt+tab) my web browser goes smaller window although when I had launched wow it was fullscreen.

  8. go in-game > Menu > System > Advanced. Here change the "UI Scale"
Then: Menu > Interface > Game > Camera. Here change "Max camera distance"
