Hello! Recently I've come to a situation where I have to choose between 245 Death's Verdict and 264 Deathbringer's Will. What's better in combination with Whispering Fanged Skull and why?

Btw, keep in mind I play on Blackrock server so best gear available is wrathful main pieces and 264 max iLvl offparts.
